ABOUT US
Allenbach Acres is a premier community comprised of 170 single-dwelling homes. The subdivision is located on West Union Road, just east of NW 185th Ave. in Washington County:
WHO WE ARE
The Allenbach Acres Homeowner’s Association (AAHA) is a registered Oregon Corporation. All property owners within the Allenbach Acres subdivision are members. The Board is comprised of volunteers who are homeowners themselves and are elected by the Association members.
WHAT WE DO
The AAHA Board is responsible for the collection of association dues, as well as the budget and administration of those funds.
Additionally, the board has the responsibility and authority to enact and enforce Rules and Regulations, according to the CC&Rs, with the intent of maintaining high property values and a pleasant community in which to live.

Homeowners use a unique login: “Member”{Lot Number} (for example, owner of lot 171 would use “Member171”) – NOTE that the “M” is Capitalized. Please refer to Newsletter & Dues Invoice mailed to you in January 2023 for your Initial Password. We encourage you to change your password when first logging in (a valid email is required).
